1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DrawPal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. We provide a platform for lottery pool management and ticket tracking for entertainment purposes only.

Legal Disclaimer

DrawPal is not a gambling website. We do not sell lottery tickets, facilitate real-money wagering, or handle actual prize payouts. We are a digital organizational tool for private groups.

2. User Conduct

Users must be at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Abuse or harassment of other group members will lead to immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration & Termination

To use certain features of DrawPal, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

DrawPal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or if continued use may cause harm to the service or other users.

4. Lottery Pools & User Responsibility

DrawPal does not verify lottery tickets, draw results, winnings, or ownership of tickets. All pool members are solely responsible for ticket purchases, safekeeping, and prize distribution.

Any disputes between pool members, including but not limited to prize sharing, ticket ownership, or participation disagreements, are the responsibility of the users involved. DrawPal is not responsible for resolving such disputes.

5. No Warranty

DrawPal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or completeness of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrawPal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, lost winnings, missed lottery draws, incorrect data entry, service interruptions, or disputes between users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of DrawPal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
